I would like to make a comment on the animal shelter. I live in Gallatin on Hwy. 22. Everybody has a cat or a dog or lots of them. Some are everybodies, because they make their visits, even to the church house. One will bark at the door. So far, no coyote has got him. He lives across the road and has to come over and say Amen.
We have cats everybody feeds. Every animal out here is very well taken care of. Thank God the dogs run coyotes off from the cows! If one takes a dog up to the shelter to see the otehr dog, they will get the smell of all the dogs. How dumb?
You will never find the right dog for anyone. You just make it work. The paper said months to years awaiting the right family? I’d probably be dead before I got to get one. The cost and the money they receive is very questionable. I would love to see the books they are keeping!
It cost so much to get one. Who is going to feed it to a coyote?
By the way, I never got a call or did the other person that Mr. McGee gave as a reference. Someone is not doing their job. Too many breaks in one day.
