Lester, Thompson to marry

Mrs. Virginia Lester of Tryon, NE announces the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter Miss Julie Alison Lester of Flint, TX to Mr. Brent Lain Thompson of Jacksonville, TX  son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Thompson of Jacksonville, TX. 

The bride elect is a 1999 graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler and is a fifth grade teacher with the Tyler Independent School District. 

The future bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and is the President and Owner of Thompson Global Strategies, Inc. Grandparents of the groom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Ben Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. Bonnie Pippin.

The couple plans to wed at the Woman’s Building in Tyler, TX on June 20, 2009.
