Cherokee County Arrests - March 24-30

The following arrests were made by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Public Safety for the period of March 24 through March 30.

• Kyle R. Bing, 27, evading arrest (Anderson County warrant). No bond was offered.

• Tony J. Bobbitt, 56, assault/family violence causing bodily injury. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Casey M. Carolan, 24, possession of marijuana (Smith County warrant). Bond was set at $100,000.

• Troy Chamberlain, 53, driving while intoxicated (second offense). Bond was set at $5,000.

• Wellington T. Clayton, 42, possession of drug paraphernalia. A fine was set at $305.

• Ceaser C. Delacruz, 19, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $750.

• Ricky L. Few, 53, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense). Bond was set at $10,000.

• Kenneth D. Folmar, 46, aggravated sexual assault of a child. No bond was offered.

• Chad W. Gesford, 20, burglary of a habitation, possession of marijuana and burglary of a habitation (Medina County warrant). Bond was set at $2,000, and he is being held.

• Sharon M. Gray, 53, possession of marijuana and failure to appear. No bonds were offered.

• Charles J. Hale, 42, possession of a controlled substance, theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bonds were set at $10,000, $7,500, $750 and $150.

• Michael A. Hopkins, 48, theft of property. Bond was set at $750.

• Christopher H. Johnson, 28, possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $750.

• Mary J. Kellis, 64, theft by check. Bond was set at $200.

• Serferino Lovatos, 32, failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Alford W. Lowe, 42, driving while intoxicated (second offense). Bond was set at $10,000.

• Orenthal J. Mallard, 32, theft by check. No bond was offered.

• James D. Meador, 22, possession of marijuana. No bond was offered.

• David G. Morris, 51, injury to a child. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Matthew T. Pineiro, 32, deadly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Cedric W. Pope, 39, public intoxication. A fine was set at $305.

• Naomi O. Rangel, 45, probation violation (Gregg County warrant). Bond was set at $800.

• Manuel Reyes Jr., 50, evading arrest with a vehicle and probation violation. Bond was set at $5,000, and he is being held.

• Paul A. Sanders, 39, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $750.

• Brandi L. Snively, 31, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation, no insurance, two counts of failure to appear, theft, speeding and driving with invalid license. Bonds were set at $7,500, $750, $150, $778, $273, $380, $380, $263, $262 and $635.

• Jose D. Soto, 27, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15. Bond was set at $100,000.

• Gary Stewart, 60, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $500.

• Warren B. Watts, 40, sexual assault. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Jonathan Wiersig, 50, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $750.
