Cherokee County arrests: Jan. 21-27

CHEROKEE COUNTY — The Daily Progress will publish a list of arrests from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office on a weekly basis.

Jan. 21-27, 2014:

Estebon Joaquin Arrington, 38, Jacksonville, driving while license invalid;

Angel Balderas Jr., 22, Jacksonville, motion to appear for criminal mischief charge;

Manuel Benavides, 56, Henderson, driving while intoxicated third offense or more, possession of marijuana, driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility;

Stephanie Ann Beseda, 52, Jacksonville, false alarm or report;

Robert Scott Caldwell, 47, Jacksonville, motion to revoke on DWI with a child younger than 15;

Salcedo Samuel Enrique Calix, 27, Rusk, no driver's license, motor vehicle invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, capias warrant for unrestrained child and a capias warrant for no driver's license;

Joe Raymond Capuchino, 37, Austin, bail jumping and failure to appear and failure to appear for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;

Daniel Casa, 29, Nacogdoches, no driver's license and no insurance;

Mitchell Copeland Cauley, 53, Jacksonville, violation of a protective order;

Francisco Contreras, 25, Alto, no driver's license, unsafe speed and failure to report an accident to the proper authorities;

Diego Cruz, 27, Jacksonville, driving while intoxicated second offense;

Cicely Dena Esco, 30, Jacksonville, two counts of injury to  a child/elderly/disabled and violation of a bond/protective order;

Shalia Monique Francis, 26, Alto, possession of marijuana;

Melissa Ann Garner, 27, Palestine, theft of service;

Curtis Randall Hilton, 49, Jacksonville, theft of property with two or more convictions;

Amanda Holley, 33, Jacksonville, theft of service;

Jana Lee Isaacs, 25, Jacksonville, unrestrained child younger than 8 or 36 inches tall;

Dondrelle O. Jeffery, 28, Brazoria, warrant for possession of marijuana;

Rodney Ray Johnson, 50, Troup, assault causing bodily injury;

Brian Vinson Jones, 55, Rusk, driving while intoxicated second offense;

Justin Ray Jones, 25, Rusk, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and failure to identify;

Aaron Daray Mack, 22, Trinity, warrant for theft by check;

Malcomb Paul Magliolo, 34, Jacksonville, failure to appear on organized retail theft charge;

Randall Dewayne McCuin, 28, Jacksonville, driving while intoxicated with a passenger younger than 15;

Bryan Matthew McManners, 22, Jacksonville, failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge;

David Alan Pate, 45, Troup, theft of property and burglary of a building;

Joel Rodriguez, 17, Alto, delivery/offer of a dangerous drug;

Felix Sanchez Jr., 59, Troup, driving while intoxicated;

Rex Eugene Stuck, 39, Jacksonville, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction;

L.T. Whitaker Jr., 39, Jacksonville, aggravated assault/family violence with a deadly weapon; and
