JACKSONVILLE — Retired educator Ann Chandler recently donated autographed copies of her new book, "Hannah's Story," a fictional account of a young girl who survived the Killough Massacre, to Jacksonville ISD's four elementary school libraries. Chandler presented the historically-based novels at the East Side Elementary Library and indicated that she hoped the books would be helpful to students learning Texas history in 4th grade.
