JACKSONVILLE — The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce will have their Halloween Event on Thursday, Oct. 31.

This event will be known as “Trunk or Treat” and it will began at 5 p.m. until the candy is gone.

This event will take place at the Norman Activity Center parking lot. This year, HOPE and Cherokee County Crisis Center will be a benefactor of this event and we will charge a $1 or one can good per family to enter the Fun Zone. The festivities will be targeted for toddlers up to 12 years old. There will be a controlled entrance and exit for the Fun Zone.

This event is available to any business who would like to participate. Your vehicle will be your display so decorate and hand out lots of candy. Bring your business signage and if your business has a mascot that you would like to bring, please do so and they will be in the entertainment area.

If you are unable to participate please donate a bag of candy or make a monetary donation for candy to be bought.
