BULLARD —The Lady Panther Track team placed first overall, with a total of 225 points, at the Bullard Panther Relays on Thursday.
Ashley Ricci placed first in the high jump. In the discus, Ashlee Shidler placed first, Kailee Schmitz placed fourth and Destiny Fawver placed sixth. In the shot put, Emmy Long placed first, Kailee Schmitz placed second and Destiny Fawver placed fourth. In the triple jump, Deborah Thompson placed first, Whitney Worthen placed second and Ariel Hamby placed fifth. In the 100-meter dash, Deborah Thompson placed third, T’ni Johnson placed fifth and Ariel Hamby placed sixth. In the 200-meter dash T’ni Johnson placed fifth and Breanna Hinton placed sixth. In the 400-meter dash Tabitha Rhodes placed third and Jordan Demoss placed fifth. In the 800-meter Run Tabitha Rhodes placed third and Melody Lawson placed fourth. In the 1,600-meter run Ashley Phillips placed second and Hillary Kempton placed third.
In the 3,200-meter run, Hillary Kempton placed second and Ashley Phillips placed third. The 400-meter and 800-meter relays consisting of Ariel Hamby, Deborah Thompson, Breanna Hinton and Valerie Roberts placed first. The 1,600-meter Relay consisting of Tabitha Rhodes, Melody Lawson, Ashley Ricci and Amber Saxon placed second. In the 100-meter hurdles Whitney Worthen placed second and Amber Saxon placed third. In the 300-meter hurdles Amber Saxon placed first and Jordan Demoss placed third.
The Lady Panther track team will be competing on in the District 14-3A track meet in Canton April 4-5.
