JACKSONVILLE — A memorial service for Kathy Lynn Low Stamper, 55, of Jacksonville will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at First United Methodist Church – Jacksonville with the Revs. Tom Stephenson and Barbara Hugghins officiating. Kathy went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 6, 2014 after a long battle with Hepatitis C. Kathy was born on February 7, 1959 in Reno, NV. She was preceded in death by her father, James Ray Low, Sr. of Crockett. Kathy is survived by her mother, Jane Low of Jacksonville, brothers Dr. James R. Low, Jr. and wife Patti of Jacksonville, Brad Low and wife Peggy of Tyler, daughter Erin Rush of Houston and son Evan Stamper of Jacksonville, grandsons Nicholas Rush and Nathaniel Dittman of Crockett and Junior and Christian Perez of Houston, nieces Meridith McCaslin and husband Justin of Dallas, Jessica Low of Dallas and Catherine Pinotti and husband James of Austin, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hepatitis Foundation International, 504 Blick Drive, Silver Spring, MD (www.hepfi.org) or the charity of your choice.
