Jeff Cannamore Jr.

JACKSONVILLE — A memorial service for Jeff Cannamore Jr. will be held 6 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2014, at the Cannamore family home, 1942 CR 3216 in Jacksonville, Texas.

Arrangements are being handled through Boren-Conner Funeral Home.

Cannamore, 60, died May 3, 2014, at his residence with family in attendance.

He was born June 10, 1953, in Baytown, Texas, and lived in Jacksonville for 28 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, from 1971-1975, and from 1977-1979.

Cannamore was a member of Tecula Baptist Church and was a long-haul truck driver for 18 years.

He also was a member of the NRA, the North American Hunting Club and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Cannamore was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Elizabeth Cannamore of Jacksonville, and his sisters, Pat Powers of Baytown and Helen Davis of Jacksonville.

Surviving him are his wife Rhonda Cannamore of Jacksonville; sons Shane and James Cannamore of Jacksonville; a daughter, Jennifer Brosang, and her husband William, of Tyler; a sister, Ann Barnes of Jacksonville; and five grandchildren.
