Melba Lorine Beal, formerly of Jacksonville, passed from this earth into life immortal on Tuesday, February 25th at her home on her ranch in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 88 with her devoted daughter and caregiver, Debra with her.
Services will be Friday, February 28th at 1:30 PM at First United Methodist Church of New Braunfels under the direction of Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home with Rev Jon Lowry, Rev Harold Sassman and Rev Jason Adams Officiating. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
Melba was preceeded in death by her parents Oscar Carl and Ottie Mae Brehmer, her husband of 55 years James Alford Beal, sister, Lola Mae Dischinger and brother Norman Brehmer.
She is survived by: Son - Wayne Allen Beal and wife Syble Elaine of Jacksonville; their children and grandchildren: Marcie Jo, husband Mike Alberts and their son Thomas Joseph of Jacksonville and College Station; Audra Gail, husband Danny Morris and their daughters Ariana Naomi, Rebecca Loraine, and Darla Elaine of Jacksonville; Laura Elizabeth, husband Lt Adrian Laney and their son Dylan Alexander of Port Hueneme, California.
Daughter - Debra Lynne and husband Roger Martin of New Braunfels; Debra's children and grandchildren: Cammie Lynne Pence and her daughter Carissa Ziegler of Phoenix, Arizona; Meagan Elizabeth Dooley of West Palm Beach, Florida; Michael Phillip Dooley and wife Kanna and their children Naoki Rylan and Ai Lillian of New Braunfels.
Also: nephews: Leslie Dischinger and wife Sandy, Weldon Brehmer and wife Joyce, Lorin Brehmer and wife Karen all of New Braunfels and niece: Barbara Dischinger Moore of Austin
