Vickie Cole-Lotito

JACKSONVILLE — After a long fight with cancer, Vickie Cole-Lotito, age 43, went Home to dance with the angels.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Church which is located on 122 W Tena St, Jacksonville with Pastor Michael Mathis and Pastor John Paul Little officiating.

Vickie was born on March 26, 1970 in Dallas Texas. She grew up in Jacksonville and attended JISD. After graduation, Vickie worked for several years at Mercedes Benz before finding her way back to her hometown, Jacksonville. Shortly on her arrival, she joined the team of Austin Bank in which she would also work for several years. Vickie had a zest for life, never met a stranger, and had a contagious smile.

Helping researchers find a cure for brain cancer, Vickie unselfishly donated her body to U.T. Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Edna Cole, who resided in Abilene, Texas.

Survivors include, her husband: Steve Lotito, her parents: Henry and Patsy Cole, her brother-in-law and sister: Mike and Jamie Cole-Moore, as well as her three nieces and one nephew: Haven, Aurora, Cheyanne and Cole Moore.

Vickie’s positive outlook on life can be summed up with one of her favorite quotes, “Oh, Wow."
