Funeral services for Cynthia Ann Hail, age 66, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Boren-Conner Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with Rev. Lester Foreman officiating.
Burial will follow in Mixon Cemetery. Cynthia Ann Hail was born in Mixon to Floyd and Lou Ella Burns on Oct. 8, 1946. She died on July 7, 2013, in a Tyler hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Patricia Martin and brothers, Leonard Burns, Johnny Burns and Robert Burns. Cynthia is survived by one son, Jerry Akin of Jacksonville, two daughters, Theresa McCrary of Jacksonville and Tonya Jones of La Porte, one sister-in-law, Jeanne Burns of Stephenville, 10 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Pallbearers will be Freddie Martin, Ronnie Durrett, Brandon Burns, Leonard Burns, Robbie Burns, Jr., and Geoff Marshall. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Boren-Conner Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
