JACKSONVILLE —  Funeral services for Mona Dell Hall , 95 of Holly Lake Ranch, formally of Mt Selman, will be held Fri., Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. at the Mt. Selman Baptist Church with Bro. Bobby Myers officiating. Intermit to follow at the Bullard Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard.

Mrs. Hall was born on March 28, 1917 in Sulphur, Okla. and passed away in Tyler, on Jan. 7, 2013 at the age of 95.

Mona was the youngest of nine children born to James Robert and Lona Koller and spent her childhood in the Valley View community near Sulphur, Oklahoma. Mona is predeceased by her parents, eight siblings, and her husband of sixty-one years, Pastor Charles L. Hall.

In addition to encouraging and supporting her husband in the Baptist ministry for over 50 years and tirelessly fulfilling her role as a pastor’s wife, Mona found time to raise five children in a busy home. Wherever they served, Mona Hall became known for her sweet, selfless spirit, kindness and compassion towards others, and her devotion to God and her family.

Mona Hall is survived by her children: David Hall and wife Elaine, of Holly Lake Ranch, Tx., Kathy Nunn and husband Darrell, of Tyler, Tx., Melinda Clark and husband Bill of Holly Lake Ranch, Tx., Larry Hall of Bullard, Tx., and Adina Short and husband Ben, of Herndon, Va.

Also left behind to cherish her memory are eleven grandchildren: Brandon Sarrett, Angie Alton, Amanda Johnson, Kristi Baker, Kami Jackson, Katy Newbold, Connie Barron, Brady Clark, Benjamin Short, Jordan Short, Hannah Short, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Sarrett, Brian Johnson, Corey Baker, Mark Jackson, Craig Newbold, Brandon Barron, Brady Clark, Benjamin Short and Jordan Short.

The family will receive friends, Thursday evening 5:30 till 7:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home
