Bullard High School's dominating season of girls track and field continued in the District 15/16-3A Area meet, which took place at Panther Stadium in Bullard.
Bullard logged two first place finishes, as Rachel Kelley, a junior, won the 800M run and Taylor Spiller, a 12th-grader, took home the gold in shot put.
Kelley froze the clock at 2:32.43 and finished almost two seconds in front of the runner-up, Juliana Bratcher, from Canton.
Spiller landed a toss of 37'-4.75” to win discus, with Van's Lashannae Jones coming in second, with a throw of 35'-8”.
Continuing in field events, Lady Panther Ashley Searcy took second place in discus, producing a throw of 108'-2”.
Chapel Hill's Criss A'daija won discus with a winning hurl of 118'-5”.
Bullard ladies produced a number of fourth place efforts, which qualified them for the upcoming regional meet at Texas A&M Commerce as well.
Fourth place finishers included: Brianna Conner (800M run, 2:35.90), Savannah Nelson (100M hurdles, 16.19), Jacee Callens (3,200M run, 13:18.60), Jamey King (high jump, 4'-10”) and Bullard's 4X400M relay unit (individual names not available).
Meanwhile, in varsity boys action, Jacob Allen punched his ducat to Commerce by coming in fourth in discus.
Allen had a toss of 149'-6”.
