Jacksonville High School golfers came in 7th out of 22 teams at Monday's Brook Hill Classic, held at Eagle's Bluff country Club.
The Tribe had a team total of 334.
All Saints won the tourney, with a team total of 314.
Brook Hill was second at 339, followed by Lindale (340) in third.
Jacksonville's Cameron Brown carded a 74 and placed third in the medalist competition.
“Cameron (Brown) played extremely well on a difficult golf course,” Jacksonville head golf coach, Cecil Newton, said. “This was Cameron's best round of the season.”
Brown and Logan Lockwood of Van were tied after 18 holes, with Lockwood winning the scorecard playoff to determine second and third.
Jackson Smith of All Saints won medalist honors by firing a 73.
Other Indians taking part in the event were, Trent Sansom (89), Cash Cleaver (95), Anthony Mobley (96) and Josh Ambroson (113).
Matt Webb, finished at 82, which was low score among the Guard players.
Brooks Garner (84), Jeffrey Yeager (85), Nut Pattamakijsaskul (88) and Caden Wofford (94) rounded things out for Brook Hill.
On Monday the Tribe will be back in action, playing in the Lindale Tournament at Garden Valley.
