Alto closed out non-conference play on Friday by tenderizing Trinity's Tigers, 31-14, at Tiger Stadium.
Jacolby Whitaker notched his best game of the season for the victorious Yellowjackets as he carried 22 times for 247 yards and four touchdowns.
Alto jumped out to a 14-0 lead after one quarter of play and took a 21-6 advantage into the locker room at the break.
The Tigers cut the Alto advantage to 21-14 with 8:09 to play in the third stanza following a 28-yard touchdown run by Tim Lewis.
But that was as close as the Tigers would get as Alto got its second wind following the Trinity score.
Nicolas Leon drilled a 24-yard field goal in the final period for the winners while Ledarrius Pope cemented the deal for Alto by picking off the Tiger quarterback with 2:32 to go in the game.
Both squads end non-district play with 3-2 slates.
Alto has now won its last two games.
