Troup, the District 19-2A champion, will open the state Class 2A volleyball playoffs with a bi-district match against the Lady Bulldogs of Jefferson on Tuesday night.
The match will get under way at 8 p.m. and will be played in Lobo Coliseum on the campus of Longview High School.
Jefferson finished fourth in District 20-2A.
The Lady Tigers (25-13) of head coach Arden Johnson had won 15 matches in-a-row, before falling to Class 3-A Gilmer 3-0, in a warm-up match on Friday.
Troup breezed through conference play by posting a spotless 14-0 record.
The Lady Tigers are a veteran team, featuring five seniors.
Junior outside hitter Josee Ross leads Troup in kills (372), with senior Cheney Cover tallying 287 spikes this season.
The duo also are players of impact defensively as Cover has totaled 373 digs, followed by Ross with 342.
Junior Paeton Nolan paces the Lady Tigers in blocks, with 42 and senior Bethany Mason has amassed a team-high 510 digs.
The assist leader for the Lady Tigers is Carly Dyess, a senior, who has 704 helpers on the year.
