Next Week: Groesbeck at Palestine; Rusk is idle.

Quick Take — Rusk has been outscored 105-7 the past two games in losses to state-ranked Carthage and Fairfield...The Eagles should benefit from being back home this week where they are 2-1 this season...The Wildcats have lost two of their last three games and are 1-2 away from home this year...Rusk will have to figure out a way to slow down a Wildcat offense that is averaging 33.8 points a game.

7:30 p.m.Friday at Bulldog Stadium in New Chapel Hill

Quick Take — A Panther win would be a colossal move towards a playoff berth...Bulldog defense has allowed 36.6 points per game this fall...Bullard defense should be challenged by Chapel Hill QB Andrew Black (105-190-10 — 1,362 and 13 TDs)...Black has also rushed for over 550 yards this year...With Kilgore on deck for next week, the Bulldogs must avoid looking ahead.
