Jacksonville's Claude Franklin, the latest Daily Progress Player of the Week, did a little bit of everything in the Tribe's 43-30 loss to John Tyler Friday night at Tomato Bowl.
The long and lanky wideout caught two touchdown passes and returned a kick off for a 58-yard touchdown, proving his value to the Indian team.
The senior's first scoring shag came with 4:06 to play in the first quarter and covered 23 yards.
The scored enable Jacksonville to pull even with the Lions at that juncture.
With just over eight minutes to play in the third stanza, Franklin latched on to a 19 pass that he proceeded to cash in for six points.
For the night Franklin had six catches for 105 yards.
