NEW CHAPEL HILL —
Bullard's Lady Panthers strolled to an easy win over the Lady Bulldogs of Chapel Hill, winning, 7-0, on Tuesday while the Panthers came up short and lost to Chapel Hill by a 10-3 margin.
The Lady Panthers ran their record to 12-4, 3-0 in District 16-3A, with the win. The victory was Bullard's 11th in-a-row.
The Bullard boys slipped to 5-10-1 overall, 1-2 in conference.
Both Bullard clubs return home Friday to host Henderson.
The softball game will get under way at 6 p.m., with first pitch of the baseball contest scheduled for 7 p.m.

Kristi “Coco” Springer, who has signed with Texas Woman's University, gave up just one hit in notching the complete game win.
Fifteen of Chapel Hill's 21 outs were recorded on strike outs, as Springer kept the Lady Bulldogs guessing all night.
Zoe Hancock continued her torrid streak with the stick as she amassed three hits in the game.
Ashleigh Gillard and Springer also hit safely for the Lady Panthers.
Springer picked up a couple of RBI while Taylor Frederick got aboard three times via base on balls.
The Bulldogs plated three men in the first, second and sixth frames to do in the Panthers.
Andrew Black,who worked four innings, got the win on the hill for the Bulldogs.
Jacob Provencher and Brandon Mullican led Bullard at the plate.
