Former Jacksonville Indian standout, Tedrick Tilley, was one of 10 Tyler Junior College Apache football players that signed (mid-year) with four-year schools on Wednesday morning.
Tilley, a 5-foot-11, 310-pound offensive lineman inked a deal with Bacone College, an NAIA institution that is located in Muskogee, Okla.
Bacone competes as a member of the Central States Football League, which also includes nearby Texas College of Tyler.
The Warriors posted a 7-4 record last year and went 3-2 in conference play.
Tilley was a highly decorated player coming out of Jacksonville High, having won numerous awards during his time as a Fightin' Indian.
TJC also had five additional players, that are scheduled to graduate later this year, to sign with four-year schools
