JACKSONVILLE — Jacksonville High School will be wrapping up spring football practice by staging a Blue vs. White scrimmage at 6 p.m. this evening at Tomato Bowl.
This is the first year in nearly ten years that the Tribe have gone through spring football practice.
The team will be divided up, offense vs. defense, with the defense able to score points for such accomplishmnets as fumble recoveries, interceptions, tackle for losses, big hits, etc.
A total of 67 student athletes are on the spring roster.
Jacksonville head cacoh Chris Taber said that he has been pleased with the progress that his club has made this spring and that he is looking forward to tonight's scrimmage.
