AUSTIN — Jacksonville's Hunter Shattuck fired a two-round total of 154 (81-73) to finish tied for 36th place at the fifht annual George Hannon Junior Invitational, which took place Monday and Tuesday at the UT Golf Club in Austin.
Cedar Park golfer Charles Kim carded a final round 4-under-par 67 to win the tourney, which drew a field of 54 golfers in the boys 15-18-year-old division, with a 136.
Kim finished two strokes north of Chandler Phillips of Huntsville, who came in second.
Shattuck will be continuing his golf career at McLennan Community College this fall.
