Hit TV show to film in Rusk; casting call issued for extras

RUSK — NBC's "Revolution" is coming to Rusk, and they are in search of extras and stand-ins.

Filming begins  March 24 and goes through March 27.

No experience is needed to be an extra, according to Onlocation Casting. If you are 18-years-old, you qualify.

All positions will be paid at $8 an hour plus time-and-a-half for any work more than eight hours. Food and snacks will be provided.

Work days for Extras and Talent generally average about 12 hours a day, and participants must have full day and night availability on the day or days selected to work. MUST have valid proof of TEXAS Residency (TX Drivers License, TX Identification Card, TX Voter's Registration Card or TX College ID) in order to participate.

All types will be cast, but the company is looking for the following people, specifically:

– Men and women with military and law enforcement experience

– Physically fit men and women

– Civilians

– Townspeople

– Men and women with handgun, rifle and weapon experience.
