CHEROKEE COUNTY — The Daily Progress will publish a list of arrests from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office on a weekly basis.

Natalie Latonia Buckingham, 40, Alto, warrant for criminal mischief;

Sandra Mae Cheeks, 48, Rusk, theft of service;

Jimmy Lee Christopher, 59, Rusk, driving while intoxicated third offense or more and driving while license invalid;

Dean Richard Cunningham, 53, Jacksonville, duty to register as a sex offender;

Selvin Omar Escoto, 21, Jacksonville, possession of a controlled substance;

Anthony Juarez Espinosa, 24, Jacksonville, theft of service;

Christopher Lynn Fitts, 44, Jacksonville, traffic offense/

speeding;

Benjamin Franklin, 65, Rusk, driving while intoxicated third offense

Michael Bernard Freeney, 40, Reklaw, driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility;
