TYLER – As we gear up for the holiday season, Whataburger welcomes the East Texas community to join them in the fight against hunger. From Dec. 1–15, customers who make a $1 donation to the East Texas Food Bank at any of the 43 East Texas Whataburger locations will receive a thank you coupon valid for a free Whataburger with the purchase of a medium fry and 32-ounce drink at their next visit.

In addition, on Monday, Dec. 19, Whataburger customers can show their support for the East Texas Food Bank by enjoying their favorite menu items, and 20 percent of Whataburger’s sales from 5 to 8 p.m. will be donated to the food bank.

To add to the donation fun, on Wednesday, Dec. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m. the Whataburger locations below will host a food drive with proceeds benefitting the East Texas Food Bank. Note, during the food drive, those that donate two or more non-perishable food items will receive a coupon for a free Whataburger.

With more than 200 partner agencies throughout East Texas, the East Texas Food Bank has provided food and assistance to more than 21 million meals to those in need in the past year.
