The 7-year-old Bullard child who was shot in the chest with a pellet gun on Thanksgiving Day was released from the hospital Tuesday in good condition.

The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department responded to the call about 11 a.m. Thursday, and reports state the victim was shot by a 13-year-old.

“We’ve determined that the incident was an accidental shooting, and no charges are going to be filed,” said Chief Investigator Chris White.

Due to the age of those involved, no names were released by the sheriff’s department.

The following arrests were made by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Public Safety for the period of Nov. 13-19.

• Brandle Beathard, failure to maintain financial responsibility, no insurance and public intoxication. Fines were set at $146, $311 and $203.

• Johnothan Beeney, driving while intoxicated with an open container. Bond was set at $500.

• Kenneth W. Bradshaw, injury to a child/elderly/disabled person. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Heath A. Cox, burglary of a habitation. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Alvaro H. Delaluz, failure to appear. No bond was offered.

• James A. Fields, burglary of a habitation, stalking, assault/family violence causing bodily injury and criminal mischief. Bonds were set at $50,000, $20,000, $1,000 and he is being held.

• Fernando Flores-Vega, no driver’s license. No bond was offered.

• John A. Ford, theft of property. Bond was set at $500.

• Brandon T. Gholston, aggravated sexual assault of a child. Bond was set at $20,000.

• Lance T. Hart, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $750.

• Matthew K. Ivy, assault/family violence causing bodily injury. No bond was offered.

• Ronald L. Kirby, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense). Bond was set at $8,000.

• Tamara S. Lawson, theft by check. Bond was set at $500.

• Eron M. Marcontell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of marijuana. Bonds were set at $10,000, $1,500 and $750.

• Michael S. Minion, no driver’s license and expired registration. Fines were set at $130 and $110.

• Phillip W. Mitchell, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.

• John P. Parks, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of marijuana. Bonds were set at $10,000, $1,500 and $750.

• Juventino Pizano, driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $750.

• Shawn P. Pryor, driving while intoxicated with an open container and speeding. Bonds were set at $750 and $215.

• James B. Thacker, criminal nonsupport and having a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. Bond was set at $1,000 and he is being held.

• Jon H. Underwood, two counts of burglary of a habitation. Bonds were set at $50,000 and $50,000.

• Sabrina D. Wagoner, failure to appear. Bond was set at $5,000.
