A stabbing between relatives sent one male to East Texas Medical Center – Jacksonville where he was treated and released Tuesday afternoon.
Jacksonville police officers were dispatched to 1012 San Saba Street on a disturbance call.
“Officers discovered when they had arrived two black males got into an argument earlier in the day in reference to female subjects at the residence who got into a fight,” Sgt. Daniel Franklin said.
Dakota Pace, 18, left in a vehicle and witnesses said he returned with a fixed blade in his hand, officials said.
Both males resumed arguing and Pace stabbed the other on the forearm. He then got in his vehicle and left, Franklin said.
No arrests have been made and the crime is still under investigation.
