Progress Staff Reports

The following arrests were made by the Jacksonville Police Department for the week of June 30 to July 9. The Daily Progress will publish information on all arrests made by the Jacksonville Police Department on a weekly basis.

• Susan Green, forgery, June 30. Bond set at $2,500.

• Wiliford Jones, public intoxication and robbery on June 30. A citation was issued for public intoxication, and bond was set at $15,000 for robbery.

• James Varnell, driving while intoxicated, second offense, on July 1. Bond set at $10,000 with conditions.

• James Bradley, public intoxication on July 2. A citation was issued.

• Joel Zeilman, public intoxication on July 2. A citation was issued.

• Dale Wayne Smith, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, on July 4. Bond set at $7,500.

• Jonathan Wayne Sparks, three counts of cruelty to animals on July 4. Bond set at $2,000 for each count.

• Ashley Nicole Carlile, city traffic warrants on July 5. Bond set at $628.

• Lucinda Hughes, city traffic warrants on July 6. Bond set at $556.

• Darla Lynn, public intoxication, criminal mischief and assault on July 7. A citation was issued for public intoxication, and bonds were set at $1,000 and $1,500, respectively.

• James Mays, possession of drug paraphernalia on July 7. A citation was issued.

• Lisa Shadrick, possession of drug paraphernalia on July 7. A citation was issued.

• Tracy Stewart, city traffic warrants on July 7. Bond set at $1,268.

• Shelly Brown, telephone harassment on July 7. Bond set at $1,000.

• Christopher Chandler, city traffic warrants on July 7. Bond set at $1,879.

• Bruce Powell, possession of dangerous drugs and three counts of possession of a controlled substance on July 8. Bonds set at $1,500, $7,500, $1,500 and $5,000, respectively.

• Clinton Ray, city traffic warrants, July 8. Bond set at $2,138.

• Eric McDuff, city traffic warrants and Tyler PD traffic warrants on July 8. Bonds set at $757 and $1,000, respectively.

• Roger Attaway, city traffic warrants on July 8. Bond set at $1,310.

• Jason Morris, city traffic warrant on July 8. Bond set at $1,474.

• Ricardo Hernandez, no proof of financial responsibility, no driver’s license and disregarding a stop sign on July 8. Bonds set at $313, $208 and $150, respectively.

• Gustavo Noel Vasquez, city traffic warrants on July 9. Bond set at $438.

• Brian Anthony Warden, two counts of traffic warrants, release of surety from Smith County and bond forfeiture from Smith County on July 9. Bonds set at $605, $862, $1,000 and $5,000, respectively.
