Beryl Thompson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is now practicing at UT Health Jacksonville. Thompson is a family nurse practitioner who says she chose this specialty for the ability to care for the entire family, from newborn to adult.
“The majority of my nursing career focused on women’s health, newborn nursery and pediatrics. I am excited to expand my patient base to other adult health needs, including management of diabetes and hypertension,” Thompson says.
Thompson believes in creating an environment that ensures her patients feel comfortable and at ease discussing all aspects of their health. “Building a trusting and positive foundation with your provider allows for open communication, which improves health outcomes,” she says.
Thompson is welcoming new patients at 501 S. Ragsdale St. in Jacksonville. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 903-541-5390.
