Funeral services for Ogreta Huttash, 84, of Jacksonville, were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, in Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Venson Roberts officiating under the direction of the funeral home in Jacksonville. Burial was Resthaven Memorial Park in Jacksonville.

Mrs. Huttash died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, in Tyler. She was born Dec. 3, 1922 in Alto.

She was a homemaker and a member of DAR, DRT, a charter member of UDC, Magna Charta Dames, AARP, the Cherokee County Historical Commission and the Ruth Class at Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond G. Huttash and parents, Hardiman Wilson and Teague Gaston Lloyd, and husband Aulton J. Derrett.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann and Thomas Russell of Austin and Martha and Paul Ezell of Spring; a son, Ray Huttash of Denton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Imogene and Edgar Schoenrock of Emmons Minn., and Sue and Joe Cruseturner of Kilgore; grandchildren Jamie Russell of Maui, Hawaii, Jennifer Russell of London, England, and Benjamin Huttash of Denton; plus, several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Benjamin Huttash, Thomas Russell, Paul Ezell, Joe Cruseturner, Al Navarro and Joe Paul Musick.

Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007 at the funeral home.
