Alto-ex makes 3 tackles in Mary Hardin-Baylor playoff win

BELTON, Texas — University of Mary Hardin-Baylor cruised to a 43-14 win over University of Redlands (Calif.) on Saturday afternoon in Belton.

The No.1-ranked Crusaders improved to 11-1 on the year following the win in the NCAA Division III first round playoff game.

Mikkah Hackett, a graduate of Alto High School, made three tackles from his linebacker position.

The Crusaders will host Huntingdon College (Ala.) at noon Saturday.

Hackett, the son of Michael Hackett, is a business major.
