Jacksonville Youth Football Camp

The Jacksonville Youth Football Camp took place this week at the Historic Tomato Bowl. More than six dozen youth in grades 6-9 attended the workouts, which were taught by members of the Jacksonville High School and Middle School coaching staffs. Campers rotated through a variety of stations, so that everyone received individual plenty of individual attention and got their hands on the ball as much as possible. The camp stressed technique and the fundamentals of the game. Time was also spent on character building.
