Jaguars turn back North Lake, 71-65

IRVING, Texas — Jacksonville College got a boost from a couple of its reserves on Wednesday night when the Jaguars outlasted North Lake College (NJCAA, Division III), 71-65, on the Blazers' home court.

Lamarcus Donahue (Houston, Dekaney High School) scored a team-best 18 points on 7-13 shooting from the field, and Yohan Ndolo (Paris, France), also a non-starter, knocked down 11 points and collected 13 rebounds to spark JC (4-2).

Also picking up a double-double was Dancell Lester (15 points, 14 boards).

Rounding out those hitting for double figures for the Jags was Henry Hampton with 12 points.

JC led 33-26 at halftime.

The Jagsters will host Mondello College (non-NJCAA) at 7 p.m. Friday at the Curtis Carroll Fieldhouse.
